Ian Garry had a rough patch in his professional and personal career recently. The undefeated welterweight had fans and fighters alike troll him for his relationship with his older wife, Layla Anna-Lee. Sean Strickland was at the forefront of those who criticized Garry. Now, UFC lightweight Bobby Green has offered words of wisdom for Garry.

Ian Garry had to turn off his social media comments section due to the constant trolls. Now, Green, via Instagram story, had some words to say to Garry. This is what Green advised Garry.

Ian, I know I'm late. But bro, pick up a stick...Ni**as here like violating you and shit. Ni**as talking about your wife. Ni**a pick up a stick… You better do something. Don't let them Ni**as punk you like that.

Bobby Green is a no-nonsense fighter. He last fought at UFC Austin, where he lost to Jalin Turner in the co-main event. However, during the fight week of the event, Green had a scuffle with Arman Tsarukyan and his crew. After Tsarukyan showed Green, he went on to attack Tsarukyan’s crew in the fighter hotel lobby.

Bobby Green will face Jim Miller at UFC 300. Miller is a fellow veteran who has fought at UFC 100 and UFC 200. Green has fought the likes of Dustin Poirier, Tony Ferguson, and Islam Makhachev, to name a few, in the UFC. He even has a submission victory over Ferguson at UFC 291. However, it was against a past-his-prime Ferguson.

Ian Garry scheduled to fight Geoff Neal at UFC 298

Ian Garry will face Geoff Neal at UFC 298. Dana White originally announced the fight for UFC 299, but the UFC moved the fight to UFC 298 for undisclosed reasons. Neal and Garry have a backstory, as the UFC originally scheduled the fight for UFC 292.

However, Neal pulled out due to injury, and Neil Magny replaced him. Garry went on to defeat Magny via unanimous decision. Preluding UFC 292, Garry sported a t-shirt with a mugshot of Neal as Neal had some troubles with the law. Many criticized the decision to do so, and fans also criticized Garry for his trash talks against Magny, which affected Magny’s custody battle.

Neal has not fought since his submission loss to Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 285. Before the loss, he was on a two-fight win streak. Considered one of the best boxers in the division, fans expect Neal to be Garry’s toughest test to date.
